    Haptik 1a....Geht vollkommen anders in den LAT als die normalen Griffe. Was den Versand angeht, keine Angst klappt absolut problemlos und war in 2,5 Wochen in Deutschland ohne Zoll Probleme.

    I’ve used the neutral grip bar at my training gym and when I moved and my new gym didn’t have one, I bought one for myself. I decided to add a close grip and I’m glad I did. Just like the neutral grip it’s by far the best bar I’ve ever used.

    I love the way the close grip neutral is engineered supporting direct concentration in using the primary muscle. Also, the special design minimize safety risk. A great experience of feeling blood rushing to worked muscles for a pump and healthy pain for muscle growth.

    I purchased the piece from Germany and got it just 5 days after I placed my order. It is worth every penny. It feels great because it leaves arms and forearms out of the movement (at least to some degree) and the back does most of the work. 5 star recommendation! Send a voucher and I´ll buy further handles.
