Love it as I do all the grips, I have gotten so far. I plan on getting a few more. Definitely a must for the beginner to the elite trainers/lifters!!

Haptik 1a....Geht vollkommen anders in den LAT als die normalen Griffe. Was den Versand angeht, keine Angst klappt absolut problemlos und war in 2,5 Wochen in Deutschland ohne Zoll Probleme.

I’ve used the neutral grip bar at my training gym and when I moved and my new gym didn’t have one, I bought one for myself. I decided to add a close grip and I’m glad I did. Just like the neutral grip it’s by far the best bar I’ve ever used.
