    Absolutely love all 3 bars (close neutral, wide, and med grip supinate) we've purchased. Unlike any bars we've used before. Really targets each specific back muscle!

    Very nice to work the upper back with your rows. If you follow thhe angle of the grip with your ellbows you really get an tremendous contraction

    all of their pieces are the smoothest grip yet you don't slip. they place your hands and arms in perfect form position and offer a wide variety of grip and use.

    Used it for the first time this morning and I can honestly say that it felt like I had never done a cable row or lat pull down before. I had two more plates on than usual and was doing more reps. It was awesome
