Excellent grip. Non-slippery surface. Encourages natural biomechanics of the body. I would suggest moving the grips a little further down so that you can bring the piece closer to the chest. I really like it and so do all of my clients. Plan on purchasing the wide grip.
Best equipment for pulls
I run a gym and several of my members were asking us to get a set of these. We finally caved and did so and members won't stop thanking us for them. After trying them myself, I have to agree. They're very ergonomic.
I got the whole set of bars .They are great.
One of my favorite lat pull/seated row attachments(medium grip mag is my other favorite) . Super comfortable, built great, and really hits your targeted muscles. Strongly recommend!
