I saw these grips for the first time on migthymatze and makrus rühl’s YouTube channel, so when i was back to USA i just had to order them for a try out. I went for the close grip and middle grip pronated and i have to say, i never felt such a pump in my back before. They are worth the money you need to spend on them. I brought them over to the gym i always go to in Europe and ppl were amazed about them. I’m working with them for about three months now and i couldn’t really get much of progress in additional weights but in building up mass on my back.
It’s a very good quality product. But thats what you expect for that price anyways. Other than that it’s worth it’s money for the extra muscle activation you get in your back cause of using your biceps less than you would use it with other grips. All in all, i would not go back on my usual workout again. Don’t want to miss these in the gym i go to anylonger.
