Works great. You really feel the outer part of your back working because of the narrow grip. Your forearms don't get tired and you can really concentrate on your back. Great investment.
These grips are the best we have all attachments for my gym. We tried ones from Amazon and they were trash. Their attachments have held up for over 4 years with no signs of wear and tear. Superb quality product !!!
I've written to MAXA at least 6 times prior to purchasing. None of my messages received a response. I'm familiar with the product, but wanted to discuss the purchase and it doesn't give me confidence moving forward to not receive a response.
The box arrived just in time for Back Day! Opened the box and put the close grip pronate into the rotation. We (my workout partners and I) absolutely love this implement. Well built, ascetically pleasing to the eye, comfortable in the hands, and really targets the back muscles. Highly Recommend.
