Close Grip Pronate (CP002)

So far, so good. Trying to get one a month until we have them all. But this one is very good, along with the close grip neutral. Can definitely feel a great pump in the lats, teres and posterior of the traps within 3-4 sets. No complaints. Great products!

I really like the grip, the feel and the way it isolates the back muscles when doing pulldowns or rows. Also tried it for triceps pulldown, great pump there too. A great tool to have in your arsenal, a must have for me. I feel like you can't cheat with this attachment. Really like it. It is a great quality piece of equipment, really feels awesome.

These are great products. They are well made, have great ergonomics and hit the back from different angles than the ordinary bars at the gym. I have lifted for over 40 years and these new handles gave me some muscle soreness post workouts that I haven't felt since college. A great addition to my normal routine. Thanks.

This isolates the lats so perfectly. It feels like you are pulling from your elbows and back. The wrist and forearms do not even come into play. Such a strict feel. I recommend it to EVERYONE
