Close Grip Pronate

The box arrived just in time for Back Day! Opened the box and put the close grip pronate into the rotation. We (my workout partners and I) absolutely love this implement. Well built, ascetically pleasing to the eye, comfortable in the hands, and really targets the back muscles. Highly Recommend.

I already had a little experience with this product prior to ordering thanks to another someone else who let me try theirs. This bar is far superior to standard bars in that the grip is far more comfortable and I certainly feel the difference in the intended muscle group. Much smoother and focused motion with the energy expense going to the right place.

I use this primarily for seated rows. The close group, the angle and shape of the grip create a "connected" feeling. It's like my hands are directly attached to the cable. With standard bars, you're very aware that you're clutching bits of knurled metal.

Love this attachment. Can defiantly feel it in a different spot in my back!

Perfect accompaniment to my MAG 41inch Wide Grip Pronate bar that I've used for several years. The perfect cambered ergonomic grip positioning allows me to force out more reps-to-failure than with a traditional fixed grip bar. Much less finger fatigue and forearm burn, much of which can be attributed to the rubberized texture to maximize grip, even with sweaty hands. The solid, forged steel construction makes this capable of handling much more weight than any human can possibly pull.
