these attachments target the posterior chain so well its nearly impossible to not get a back contraction. super comfortable,
The Supinate form brings in a different angle and therefore works the muscle in a different way.. is great!!
These grips are game changers. The variety that it helps generate and the ability to target and remove rear delts based on narrow or wide grip is fantastic. I'm a huge fan- I now have two and I may buy the entire line up.
