    This isolates the lat perfectly. The pull is strictly from the lat with no stress on the shoulder, forearm or grip. I love this bar the most!

    All of these are ergonomically the best on the market, and for a reasonable price. Use them once and you will feel the difference in your lats! Much more effective and efficient workout.

    I find the close grip supinate very comfortable and allows me to lift more than usual cylindrical handles.
