This grip is awesome. It really targets the last and you feel it immediately. Great for wide grip rows also. It’s very well made and seems like it will literally last forever!

Great bar and easy to grip and no longer need to use wraps on the bar. Use the bar on pulldowns and seated rows. Glad I purchased the bar.
amazing how the change in grip position can influence the ability to achieve good muscle activation. i've been training out weak spots of rear deltoids and middle back and this thing allowed me to overcome a plateau on the first session. great design!!!!
