Fantastic piece of equipment, removes all forearm work of my back workouts. I have subsequently ordered the other bars. Nothing comparable to these bars and i have been going to various gyms over 15 years.
This Medium Grip Neutral bar woks absolutely great. Gone is my sore wrist that I got from regular pulldown bars. Worth every penny.
I'm loving this medium grip neutral bar. I'm getting lat activation in my back I never got with all of my other bars and contraptions combined. After receiving bar I did a very light workout just to get the feel of the bar and to my surprise was actually slightly sore the following day. That never happened with any of my other bars of which I have plenty. They will all be replaced with this one bar going into the future. I plan to eventually purchase the whole set over time. The solution to lat and back activation has finally been solved thanks to these mag bars.
This medium neutral grip is just amazing. It took my hands and arms out of the picture and I felt it all in my lats and back. So excited to work with this grip.
You can go so heavy and the handles are perfect
