Honestly, I didn't think it'd be as good as it is, but wow. It allows me a deeper pull and it blows up my lats. I love this thing. I feel stupid for not buying it sooner. It also just FEELS good in my hands, as the coating is pretty dang nice. Buy it now. (I never leave reviews on stuff, so, hopefully that tells you how enjoyable this attachment is.)
I received this yesterday, just in time for my back workout today. Hooked it up to my lat pulldown and went with four sets. I love it! Feels great in the hands and really focuses the biceps. The bar felt a little slippery at first, and I wonder if a knurling would help with this. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this bar. I will try the close supine bar I bought in a few days.

Feels like it takes a lot of the bicep out of the equation. Can probably get away with just using this grip to get decent back growth.
