I have owned the longest bar pronate and the little one pronate for about 2 years now and now I owned medium neutral grip which I could really feel it in the teres major teres minor also in my lats. But what’s fun is the next day I could feel it in my biceps and I don’t do biceps with back, awesome bar. Also super great customer service I’ll always be loyal to these guys and by the original not to fakes. 61 years strong and still going.

The item is worthwhile. I have a damaged shoulder. Using this bar alleviates the pain I experience using other pull down bars. This bar is more comfortable.

I first tried this at my gym then I purchased them for my home gym. Great on your shoulders and joints!

In our gym we had the well known lat bar which is probably deliverd with any Lat Pulldown machine. Because of the less contraction on the Lat Dorsi muscle, we decided to import 3 MAG grips from Maxagrip.com all the way to The Netherlands.
