I love this attachment! I've had issues with my grip strength after reconstructive surgery on my wrist. This allows me to get in a great workout without worrying about my grip giving out.
I got this for my local gym. Everyone has told me how great it feels using it. I myself love how I can feel the targeted muscle I'm working and can go heavy without hand or bicep pain.
This is the way pulldowns and rows are supposed to feel. If you have to pull with just one attachment for the rest of your training career, this is the one.
