This product, among all of the other grips MAG sells are guaranteed to contract your back muscles in a way other lat bars don't. I have fairly high lat inserts which prevents me from getting a full contraction in my lower lat.. with this bar I feel the movement the whole way down and the grip forces me to squeeze at the end of the pull. Highly recommend 10/10

I used the medium grip bar one day at a good friends gym and I loved it so much I had to get one for the gym I go to regularly. I feel like this product will assist a lot on my road to a 650 deadlift and a bigger bench. After 2 weeks of using it I can already tell the difference.
