I’m an experienced lifter, typically skeptical about new devices, but this product exceeded my expectations. Using it for pulldowns, cable rows and t-bar row and really feeling my lats more than ever. I highly recommend!
The best in the world
These truly are world's apart when comparing to traditional pulldown bars. These are simply phenomenal. Now that I have tried one I think I need a few more to add to my personal range. Great thing is they're my personal collection and others watch with envy in the gym as I give my lats some proper loving
great product second time i have purchased it.
As soon as I saw the box on my porch I opened it up and then immediately attached it to my home cable setup. I have never been able to get good activation of my back muscles because I have struggled getting a good grip on the seemly clunky metal pull down and row attachments. With this grip I was able to focus on the movement and the muscles mechanics. My back is still sore 2 days later! I can never go back.
Awesome piece of equipment. Well worth the investment. This gives me a much better ROM and targeting muscle. Built tough and looks amazing.
