    I'm a 40+ Figure competitor and the mag bars in general have definitely contributed to overall my back size (width/thickeness). The medium grip pronate bar is a game changer. I can pull heavier with good form and the details to my back in insane.

    I've been using this bar for a few months now and can really feel the difference in muscle activation. The MAG grip allows me to stop focusing on gripping the bar and letting the back muscles do most of the work, which is wonderful: I can lighten the weight while achieving the same activation. I've seen some similar grips from others but these seem to feel the best.

    Solid product. Definitely higher quality than the knock offs on Amazon. Just feels good and right. As for the workout, no more wrist pain. The angles are just natural. I have a close grip version that I’ve owned for awhile now and it still looks new. The coating is magic.
