Received this in my mail on Monday, and this morning Tuesday I put it right to use and man is it the best investment I have made
This handle was great! I feel I hit my mid back really great and get a nice burn/pump. I feel I am hitting those other muscles that I don't get using the other average gym bars. If I could buy them all, I most definitely would hands down! Do not hesitate on this, get that full back!

Just as good as the pronate but the supinate makes the lats work more in my opinion. Together with medium pronate and close supinate the thop three mag grips!

A new level of back workout.
I have a Giant Cell Tumor on my right Ulna, so I can't do certain back exercises due to the lack of mobility on my wrist. I purchased this and felt like a little kid at the gym again today. Not only was I able to do things I haven't done in years, I also felt muscles being worked that I didn't even know existed. A must have if you have any sort of wrist limitation, but even then I would recommend this product to anyone.
