    Just like the other MAG grips, this is amazing. The supinated grip really hits the lower lat. The angle of the grips somehow puts your arms in the perfect position and takes away any variables that normally causes you to use other muscles (biceps, etc).

    The quality of it MAG grip is also top notch and is built to last forever.

    This has really changed the way lat pull downs feel. The attachment feels great in the hands and is really easy to grip. Very pleased with the purchase

    So happy I ordered the supinated medium grip bar. Have been dealing with tennis elbow and not being able to perform any pull-ups has really stagnated my back training. This allows me to get a great deep back connection without pain!! Love it.. let the gains begin.
