Amazing product
I wasn’t all too sure at first because I’m used to a traditional bar. After trying it about 4 times over a span of I’d say 5 or 6 hours...I was convinced this thing was something serious. I think I didn’t want to give it a chance at first because I’m used to feeling my lats primarily and this worked more of my mid-back. Which this targets for me extremely well, much better than most exercises that I’d do. Lol I was like,”Man this sh** is overrated and people just all hype when talking about it”. Then I thought naw man..I f**k with this thing.
I got this product earlier this week and used it the next day. It truly activates your lats in ways a normal pulldown bar doesn't. I definitely felt a better contraction and was able to use more weight.
I'm going to order the close grip supinate next!

Another great addition to my home gym. I’ve used your grips in the gym and was missing them at home. The work just as well with resistance bands as they do with pulleys. I’m drenched in sweat by the end of my training. The rubber coating helps get a solid grip so you aren’t limited by your grip. The coating also protects the stair railing and keeps the noise down.
