Love integrating MAG Bars into my workouts! By switching up the grip they provide a different type of stimulus to promote muscle growth! I own three of them. These are a must have for anyone looking to improve strength!

The wide device is the best I have used,
I enjoy it that I bought a medium grip also.

    Fucking great!

I used this bar in transit back stateside at a gym in Kuwait. Within a few sets I actually felt my back muscles that rarely burned up, start to pump. I started to feel the burn and the next day I felt that nice good soreness we all look for after a great gym day. That one gym session was enough for me to purchase this item once I got back stateside. I used it again once back and again felt a really nice pump. My friend who used to be a personal trainer also loved it!

    An excellent grip

Over the years and years of heavy training, I've already fucked up with both my fists (carpal tunnel). The grip of the Maxagrip helps a lot to stabilize the hand and the fist, besides not overloading the brachial forearm and biceps, that is, it helps to direct the work to the target muscles, your back. Specifically on the wid grip: It helps to complement the work of the medium and small, working more on the sides of the dorsal, opening the back.
