    Awesome
    I was apprehensive about the purchase. Suffering from a previous bicep injury reoccurrence of the injury during warm ups left me unable to perform most back exercises. I am elated to have a TRAINING device that circumvents the injury.

    Best wide grips. Targets the keys areas, where its needed. However, I would like to see Neutral wide grip.

    For years, i have struggled with lat activation and after many tricks, I had run across this bar at a gym i was trying out, instantly i was able to feel a full stretch lat contraction! I highly reccomend this bar to anyone looking to take their back workout to the next level

    I like the way the handles are positioned on this bar. It gives the target area for my shoulders and lats a good burn. I feel like it’s targeting the muscle areas where I want it to target.
