If you are into health and fitness than you should know that taking care of your joints is a must. This is the best product for it, first time I came in contact was at the gym now I have one for my house Gym.

Just got the wide group to add to the mag grip collection and I love it. Awesome contraction in the upper lats!!!

I have arthritis and numbness in my hands from carpal tunnel syndrome. My wrists do not extend as my grip tires. Also the V-shaped middle of the bar allows the outside of the bar to go farther down the back. So I get a greater contraction of the latissimus dorsi muscle.

What a workout. Final piece of the puzzle. Had the narrow and medium grips. Now with the wide grip, I use all three in supersets and have such a great lat activation during pull-downs. Would highly recommend.

Compared to the typical wide-grip attachments you normally find in commercial gyms, this thing is a beast. The grip angle is perfect and the difference in lat and back engagement is clear.

All of thr grips are awesome but the wide one stands out in a way how you can feel your hole back in another way.
