This is an exceptional piece of gear, from the very moment I opened the package and held it, I knew I was going to have a different workout experience. I can activate my lats with fewer sets than before with conventional grips. I had hit a plateau for the last few weeks and these grips have got me unstuck, I’m up 5% in weight and it’s only been TWO workouts. Definitely recommend this.

I got the chance to use this grip when having a personal training with Tim Budesheim (German IFBB Pro) and was totally flashed. With many decades of BB-experience, I never before had such an intense feeling in the target muscle with NO pain in my hands or forearms. Next day I checked were I could get that handle and ordered a few days later. Yes, price and shipping costs to Germany are not cheap, but in the end, this thing is worth every single EUR. In the meantime I also ordered the wide grip to complete my home gym. and my back workouts have come to a new level.

I am 64 years old and have been seriously training 45 years. Simple issues like grip and shoulder joint pain has limited my ability to use conventional straight bars. I have tried many options and finally decided to try one of the MAG bars. I found it extremely comfortable and efficient while allowing me to get my shoulders in and keep them in the proper positions. I now have purchased a complete set of all MAG bar offerings. This has allowed me to continue my training for many years, Lord willing.

This is a great grip that put you in a great position to make gains and get stronger. After just a couple I am not leaving gains on the stack I am putting it on my back. That is a fact jack.

Love this product it makes it easier to pull heavier weight and fits the hands perfectly.

I've heard a lot about this grip and how good it's supposed to be.
But I couldn't imagine how good that grip was.
You feel your back in a completely different and intense way.
