I am very enthusiastic about the ergonomics. training with this product is great fun. the stability and handling are absolutely top level.

This new grip has been used continually since putting it out on the weight room floor and members love it. I am impressed at how durable it seems and the grip is perfectly placed as advertised. I will be back for additional grips for sure in the future.

Perfect shape to allow deeper pull on pull down. Wide grip seated pull activates more muscle tissue in center of back. I use all three widths and love how the handle reduces finger and hand pain, with the pressure of the palm carrying the majority of the load.
