Such a great product. It truly keeps you in form and maximizes the mind muscle connections during the exercise. Great for beginners to elite athletes.
My first experience with this attachment was at a local gym. Its a sturdy bar and made doing lat pulldowns feel proper (alignment). I just purchased a cable system for my home and had to have this bar.

seriously a game changer. Makes feeling the muscle much easier. No tired hands. And the quality of the product is absolutely worth it.
The concentration of the back muscles is higher than that of the existing basic back exercise grip, and even beginners with difficulty can easily find the stimulation point, which is great.

I also bought the medium grip neutral (MGN) and I like that more than this one but that being said, this is still far superior to whatever your gym has available. I'll be collecting them all eventually. Send me a discount code! lol
