Game changer for pulldowns, etc. Can load much more weight and hit the back hard while taking the grip and forearms nearly completely out of the picture. I started with a medium width, and had to have the wide grip - I do not regret it. Very solidly built. Just excellent. Anyone with a home gym should have at least one of these grips in their arsenal.
