This grip was an instant hit at the gym. I was able to pull more weight and have it target my back muscles, unlike any normal bar I have used. Well worth the money!

As for the bar specifically, this is by far the best lat bar there is. Muscle activation, length, etc. are all much better than a standard bar, for me at least. One thing to note if you've seen this bar at the gym and are buying it now, the pronation is what you've seen out there in the real world. For some reason the pictures make the grips seem totally perpendicular to the bar, but that is not the case, they are pronated a bit.
As with the other MAG grips, the wide grip attachment exudes quality, durability, and efficiency. I’ve been working out for more than 30 years and I am honestly saying that these are the best attachments ever.
Specifically in regard to the wide grip, the quality is the same - top notch! The website lists it as neutral but I think it’s more along the line of pronation. Nonetheless, an indispensable, sexy addition to one’s gym garage!! Love the black texture and yellow lettering.
