I really like the grip, the feel and the way it isolates the back muscles when doing pulldowns or rows. Also tried it for triceps pulldown, great pump there too. A great tool to have in your arsenal, a must have for me. I feel like you can't cheat with this attachment. Really like it. It is a great quality piece of equipment, really feels awesome.

These are great products. They are well made, have great ergonomics and hit the back from different angles than the ordinary bars at the gym.
