Only used for a couple workouts now but love the grip and emphasis on the lats. Lats were more sore than they’ve been in a long time after using this handle.

The wide grip bar is great. Allows a different angle and is amazing. I am so sore after using the bar. Would recommend to any serious weight lifter!
